Since 2005 we have worked with emerging and established artists and galleries to produce exhibitions in site specific locations. We work with and for galleries, private individuals or public institutions to execute exhibitions from conception, press, launch parties, logistics, budgets, management and sales. We oversee every stage of the exhibition process from concept, location scouting, insurance, shipping, installation, conservation and event planning.
for landlords:
We are conscious that landlords have faced challenges in adapting to changes on the high street. By inviting Cole Projects to create an exhibition in your empty property, you can bring it back into use at no cost, as well as supporting emerging and established artists. It will also provide further financial benefits – landlords will no longer have to pay empty rates on the properties as they will be in use; insurance costs will likely come down as the property will be occupied; and occupation will help guard against squatting and unauthorised entry. It also provides landlords with an opportunity to make a real difference to the wellbeing of the local community, and we hope this will be of interest to a range of landlords both from the public and private sector. By directly and voluntarily helping the local community the reputation of the landlord will be enhanced locally, and perhaps regionally/nationally
for artists:
There are three ways we can offer support: 1) Inclusion in an exhibition 2) Bring collectors to your studio and sell work 3) Promoted on social media platforms. To be considered please submit up to 5 images and some information about your practice - please include your CV and an artwork statement about the piece you are submitting. We will do our very best to get back to you but due to demand this might not always be possible. Benefits include: No fees, non - exclusive policy, you will receive 80% on any artwork sold, we handle shipping, but you handle packing and condition reports when sending the work.
